Fantastic experience from start to finish. Honest and open approach to what we needed. No hard sell was a definite bonus! On installation day the team took great pains to limit the inconvenience to us (two kids doing home schooling plus ourselves working from home). Quick, efficient and tidy (hardly any mess left after they had finished!). 100% recommend giving them a call.

I can highly recommend Alan at Energy Ease. I wish I had this done few years ago. Our house is now warm equally in all room and my heater is having a rest. We are also able to use the loft room during winter now. This product is incredible. Alan was so helpful all the way through nothing was too much trouble. Some other company wouldn’t even come for quotes because of the loft room but Alan found a solution around it.

and timeframes. Pricing is competitive, I was offered slightly cheaper by other companies who started off high and then dropped their price as soon as I said no to their original price. With Energy Ease it was the best rate straight away. The guys that actually did the job where polite and worked clean in the main. Was not an issue for me, but 2 things to watch for. 1 the guys left a couple of foam covered plastic boards they had used in the loft, I believe this was an oversight 2 they moved a number of items stored in the loft. I had the understanding that they would cover and work around the items. Again the guys put the items back in the area they came from, but not in an organized way. This is me being pedantic but could upset others. The upstairs of the house is now a consistent temperature and condensation on the inside of the windows has reduced dramatically.

Great job. Complete roof done in 3 hours, the 2 lads worked really hard and left no mess. Loft looks great, much brighter and much warmer. Would thoroughly recommend.

I am very happy with the job Alan did. The insulation installed made the difference in our flat temperature almost immediately. I would recommend Alan and his company to everyone , he was reliable, punctual and honest.

From first phone call, communication was excellent throughout, any questions were answered. Arrived on time and completed as per quote. Friendly staff and they cleaned up once they finished.
